About Kelly Williams
Kelly is the founder of entirelyfit. He specializes in helping busy men that struggle with weight loss and health issues. He guides men through specific strategies to help them achieve better wellness in a hectic and busy life. Anybody can lose weight, the important part is keeping it off and developing healthy lifestyle practices along the way.
Too many men understand how important it is to get healthy but sometimes it takes a serious wake up call to really get serious. He helps men work on strategies now so they can have the energy they need and the health stats that keep them in a reduced risk for chronic illness and other health issues. With a holistic wellness lifestyle, men can enjoy more energy, better relationships, and be able to do all of the things they want to do with their friends and family.
Kelly believes that the foundation of wellness consists of 5 parts: exercise, sleep, spiritual connection, mindset, and nutrition.
Kelly has been married to his wife for 33 years. He has over 30 years of experience in the wellness, health and fitness space. He has a MS in exercise physiology from UTK, he is a certified Holistic Wellness Coach with the International Association of Wellness Professionals, and a Certified Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Professional. He has completed over 20 marathons and an IRONMAN. He enjoys a variety of activities like golf, mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking and backpacking.
