About Tracy Hilliard
Tracy Hilliard is a Licensed Massage Therapist and R.N. in Tennessee and received her 1000 hour certificate of Honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2000. She began her career in bodywork alongside physical therapists at an outpatient sports medicine clinic in Colorado.
AsTracy began to cultivate her own private practice, she turned her interests toward reproductive health which lead her to Belize where she was trained in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® with Rosita Arvigo. After several years in Colorado, she relocated back to her roots in Chattanooga and instructed massage therapy for several years.
Tracy is currently the owner of Belly Body Wholeness in Chattanooga, TN. In addition to being a certified practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® she is also a Self-Care instructor of this work. Tracy is a registered nurse, holds a BA in psychology and has further training in Nurturing the Mother® Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage and various neuromuscular techniques. As a lover of the outdoors, Tracy has a great appreciation for one’s desire to maintain health and balance within the body. She believes we are made to move and it is a joy for her to assist a client in optimizing their health potential.
I approach each client individually, considering what their particular needs and longer-term goals may be. This could range from rehabilitating an injury, postural balancing, or simply creating a more spacious body to move in. My work offers clients relief from discomforts caused by reproductive and digestive health issues and can reduce scar tissue and adhesions in the body. I also nurture expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy and postpartum, as well as help couples with fertility challenges. I am passionate about educating my clients wherever they happen to be on their life journey. Teaching self-care techniques and sharing knowledge through my experience is an integral piece of the bodywork that I do.
